Drivers and employees receive route alerts, shift reminders, and compliance expiry warnings. Parents can text a shortcode to get the live status of their child's bus without calling the school. Two-way conversations are logged against the contact record. Bring your own Twilio account — pay Twilio's per-message rates directly with no markup.
